This guide outlines how our process works, from signing up for services to enjoying a clean and poop-free yard.

How does it work?

Step 1: Sign Up for Services

To begin, simply click on the free quote button on our website. Enter your zip code and complete the sign-up process. If you encounter questions or need assistance, our friendly staff is available through various channels—whether you prefer calling, messaging us on Facebook, or using our online chat tool. We aim to make your experience as smooth as possible.

Step 2: Schedule Your Initial Cleanup

After signing up, a Scoopaws® representative will reach out to you to schedule your initial cleanup. During this conversation, we will guide you through the entire process, ensuring that you are well-informed and comfortable with our services. This initial visit is crucial for setting up your service correctly.

Payment Setup and Enjoying a Clean Yard

Next, you’ll need to attach a payment method. All billing occurs on the 1st of each month, prior to services being provided. You have the option to set up automatic payments using a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto-pay is processed, Scoopaws® will generate and send you an invoice via email, which can also be accessed through your customer portal. Please note that if payment is not received ahead of your first cleaning each month, you will be removed from the service schedule. Congratulations! You are now part of the ScoopAW® family and can enjoy your tail-wagging friends in a clean, poop-free yard.
